This bill just needs to be at least under at least a more descriptive issuer to where it is from rather than just under German notgeld with no issuer

They were close together and in 1932 Kreis Meisenheim was incorporated into Kreis Kreuznach (in which the city is located).

Grey modern Kreis Kreuznach, red the city, green old Kreis Meisenheim.
