Looks like a die crack. The spikes coming out of her head on back side are to. Iam pretty sure they are not supposed to be there.

The Other example in the notes section is unbelievable! I looked at a few of these on eBay, there are some DD examples there.

the PMD was done by the mint. This version was not released in circulation. Most of them melted. Edge reeding is smaller on this one VS large one on the eurozone approved version. not really an error, more a change of specs or starting before approval like we did again last year on a bigger scale.

It was decided a little while ago that if it was meant for circulation but never issued it should be circulating with a “never issued” notation.
