Hello, today I got a weird piece from German East Africa, 2 Rupien 1890, apparently struck over another silver coin because of the reeded edge. My question is whether this piece could be a token or a fantasy made by a private individual. It measures about 36-37 mm, like a crown-type coin, and weighs 23.5 grams. Thanks a lot in advance!!
