Colonial Mexico?

Just got 3 antique coins which they told me they were from Mexico when it was a Spanish colony, when I got the coins I was confused, didn't these coins have the MO mint mark from Mexico city back then?

Thanks

These coins are not from Mexico, that's why they don't have the Mo mintmark. They are 2 reales from Peru, at least the two first coins (you can see it on the LIMAE mintmark and the assayer's initials).

Always show pictures of both sides for proper determination.

Your first coin with MJ assayer's initials is this one: N#26018

Your second coin with IJ assayer's initials can be three different types (KM# 76, KM# 76a or KM# 85), we need the obverse picture too for the right one.

The third coin is not from Peru. I'm pretty sure it's from Chile but therefor I need better and whole pictures of both sides and hopefully we can read the date since this coin is in a very bad condition. It could be KM# 30, KM# 37 or KM# 49.

Thank you. I just got the pics of the face, the other one looks very worn and it's hard to see what it says, it looks like it has a letter “Y” on it to me.

here is the other one, thank you

Like I already told, the first one is Peru, 2 reales 1777 LIMAE MJ: N#26018

The second one is also Peru, 2 reales 1801 LIMAE IJ: N#28699

The third one is not Chile. There's no Chile 2 reales with the legend Carolus IIII and that date. So the S in the mintmark is not the S of Santiago but the S of PTS (Potosi). So the third coin is Bolivia, 2 reales 1808 PTS: N#41659

The assayer's initials for the 1808 are PJ. It's hard to see but you can see a part of the P for sure. The J is even harder to see, I think it's above the last arrow or just next to it to the right, I'm not sure about that:

Thank you for your help.
