Recently i obtained a 1 dirham coin from 1998. Along with that there are lots of supossed clickbait videos that says that it costs a lot. With clickbait videos getting out of hand, like a supposed 1 Piso 2014 ngc, what should i do?

It's just run of the mill ‘get rich quick schemes’ to get attention from poor people to click on videos or articles for add revenue.
We then get countless people who ask ‘how many monis’ for my incredible pocket change, then get told and might get angry because their 20 cent coin isn't worth hundreds or thousands.

You personally can not stem the tide of scammers/misinformation, you can only try to educate people to not get fooled so easily.
