Maple leaf silver coin 2007 high premium

Hello all,

I have seen that 1 oz maple leaf silver coin from 2007 has a higher premium as compared to other bullion. I have some of those and noticed that the texture is a bit different from other years.

Is there any reason for a higher premiums?

The privy marked examples have uber low mintages.

That could be the reason.
