$10000 bill

Hi there,

I found a series of 1928 $10000 bill near my workplace, can anyone help me find out if it's fake or not? It really looks very old. The serial number of the bill is G44374107F. I hope you can help me on this. Thanks

 On front it looks like UMTED with I over M so not UNITED lettering. 

At the top THIS CERTIFIES should be on two lines not one like yours.

A 1928 Gold should look like this

 with not black lettering on the other side. 

A gold colour on the seal and numbers - but may have faded.

If this is the same note

Not real. It has the front face of the 1934 series Gold Certificate and the signatures of the 1928 and some text from the 1934 Federal Reserve Note. Also, only 48,000 were made so the serial number is unrealistic.
