Seems to be worn out but I see some arabic numerals, can anyone help me identify the date?

probably from 1255. But for the real date you'll need to know the regnal year.  Looks to be copper. Weight and diameter should pin it down.

Sure that makes sense. 1255 year 15 if it is a 5.
