I think this is a replica because all the small tallies are made of lead and this is not lead. I also thought at first it was Hartill 17.903 but the shape is not right.

You can see that the second character on reverse is not “2” but it's “5”

Some are in lead but from 17.903 to 17.908 they are in bronze
Then according to the Numista sheet, yours is too small
