Hello and welcome to Numista!
Unfortunately, what you have here is mostly a collection of fakes. They are not necessarily meant to deceive collectors because they are way off the mark:
- the 1796 draped bust dollar is a rarity and should be 39mm in diam. and just under 27g;
- the 1799 draped bust dollars, quite uncommon and pricey, should have the same specs as above;
- the 1804 dollar is a classic rarity (same link), for which less than 20 specimens are known;
- the 1865 “coin” is just a modern concoction;
- The 1900 Walking Liberty “coin” is another concoction.
I would be surprised if any of these were actually made of silver. The Chinese are quite good at imitating silver with common metals. Note also that the patina is pretty much identical on most of those coins; they were probably all processed by the same Chinese fake-makers.
It's hard to know which obverse goes with which reverse in some cases, but this doesn't change anything to the fact that most, if not all, are copies.
I haven't yet looked at the 1921 dated dollars. These are quite common, but Chinese copies abound. More to come on this…
