Unknown Old European Coin #2 [solved]

Hello all, 

I have a coin that I believe to be from Europe as seen from of the designs found on the coin.

Here are the specs:

•  Either Silver or Bronze composition
• One side has a cross with crowns in each spacing
•  Other side has a coat of arms but there is some details missing
•  0.249g in weight
• 11mm in diameter
• Less than a millimeter in thickness

Hope this is enough details that helps aid this!

Also Hungary, but a smaller denomination (consistent with the weight) which has no legends on the coin, like obol or parvus.

Look there in the Numista catalog, and I think you will find it.
