It is listed in the CNI, Vol. V, p. 410.  only struck in 1791:

We have many coins in the catalog for which there are only one or two known examples, that have no auction results, and the only availabe photos are from museum catalogs or out of copyright books.

Probably this is one of them.

I think the options are these:

1. Remove the listing.  If this is done, we can expect that other members will try to add it back eventually based on its appearance in CNI and KM.

2. Keep the listing, but perhaps edit the comment to “Despite being listed in CNI Vol. V and Krause, modern Italian numismatic experts doubt the existence of this type.”
