45 days limit for rating?

I'm pretty sure that I saw, looking I don't know what (in past couple of days), a writting somewhere (like below ratings where it's said that only rating for last 10 years are displayed), that there is a 45 days limit for rating someone (in swaps). 

At the time, I wasn't interested in that information (because I was focused on what I was actually looking for), but later it occurred to me that it could create a problem for me in certain situations.

And I can't find anything about it anywhere. Not in FAQ.

Is that a fact or did I just misinterpret something?

Yes, I think I saw exactly this what Xavier said: “Swaps confirmed more than 45 days ago are not counted.” 
Maybe not it that link, but sounded like this. So this counts only for Swaps on the road, nothing else. 

So "problem" solved, I got my answer.
