5 pounds EGYPT bill DATE CONFIRMATION

hello, My good Sir, if i may , i would like to know the exact translation of this bill DATE . I wanted to add it to my profile collection but im confused  because i cannot find the SAME date on the numista records. My bill date as i could translate is 2008/9/2, if that is right. 

numista records only has 2008/9/3 and 2008/ 9/9 
could someone please help me clear this matter?
