heres the numista records that i used aa reference. There is actually no 2008/9/2 DATE. 

if i had translated it right , maybe theres a way , rather if i may , request that 2008/9/2 DATE be added to the catalog files Just in case.

I think you're correct. I think it doesn't matter as the plan seems to be to move all of these in the generic ND (2006-2012) line.

You need to create a change request for that or make the request in the Numista banknote catalog forum.

Did you understand may comment about all those year lines disappearing?

as for your question if i did understand ? Well, honestly i dont. All i see is graphics. The word move to 2006- 2012 seems unkown really to me. Im so sorry, but i am eager to know what it means.

It means that all those year lines will be deleted (even the new one you want created) and members moved to the top line.

I can understand that now. Since 2008 belongs to that bracket. Thanks for educating me my good Sir. By the way, i submitted my CR. Hope i did it right. I remember my during my first request. Too afraid to make i mistake, gladly someone tells me that a referee will manage and have it corrected in any way.

Hello ABBE, thank you for your contribution. However, what you currently want is to add a year line (new date) in the variety section. To do so in the future just add the date in  a new line here, and I will get to review it.

My second Cr was again rejected. I thought i did it right because i just followed that graphics you showed me. I thought that i need to fill it  in under year 2008 though it is already there. If it not much to ask, i dont really think i can perfect my CR on my own. would it be much for you to send me a pattern? That i may just copy . Or if much easier, present for me my CR?

the guidelines seems to be very broad for me to exactly understand it. my apology and thanks again.

Hello my good Sir. I again i tried to send my CR. I really cant tell if i made it right this time. I keep understanding what you redirected to me on that graphics.  Its as simple as you said to fill in the date to the new year line. So i go under the 2008 year calendar. But its already there. So i rewrite it there instead. 

I keep reading almost all the guidelines but i find it hard when nobody would explain it to me other than myself thats why im confused.

i might interpreted things the other way.

lastly, if i still cannot make it right this time, and none would care to assist me then perhaps i would leave it that way .  
my sincere appreciation and thanks to all reaching to this level.

Hello ABBE, here is why you request is rejected, you want to make the note with no date,( I.e no date is printed on the note) which is not true for this note as it has a date which is 2nd of September 2008. 
 

Second, you want to add the signature in the comment however there is dedicated box for signatures. 

You may click on the questionMark next  the title of each cell , to  simply know the guide lines  for the cell. 

hope i clarified the issues with your request. 

Anyway thank you for your contribution, I will update this year line. But please consider the above points  in your next  requests. 

Oh thank you very much My good Sir. That was so kind of you. Honestly im surprised too. I see to it that the complete DATE is filled in, since its my primary concern but afterwards looking back at my request  status ..it appears NO DATE. And about my signature on the comment section , i really inserted it as a request its because i couldnt find the right box…so it was just a sort of my request . Believe it or not that may be the reason why it appears to be wrong and improper too.
