I've used image search of the catalogue for this coin but I can't find it. The nearest is this:

N#94906

 

Is the date 768 or 1768? I think it's probably 1768 but not certain:

That's what I thought from my image search, but I can't find a coin that matches, unless I'm missing something.

You might look on MA-shops for an example. Always a good research site for German coins.

 

Edit:  I had not read your first post closely enough.  I see that the Numista listing has no legend on one side, but the acsearch link looks like a better match.

It looks like the 1769 type:  https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/german-states-lippe-detmold-mattier-km-196-1769-cuid-1138710-duid-1338310  but dated 1768.

Might need for a membver with a good Germany catalog to comment.
