Second item looks nothing like a coin
though also does not look like a button,
more like a small turning wheel that fell off something.

The first one looks like french from the first quarter of the 20th century, but my searches were unsuccessful to locate this restaurant.

I checked on internet that Nommels is a surname mostly used in Getmany, not France or Netherlands

You're right, I found only a few Nommels in french archives from the beginning of the 20th century, and this token is similar to some other german restaurant tokens .
