Help identifying this coin, Greek or Roman??

I need help identifying this small bronze coin; appx 2g, 1.5 cm. On one side is the hyppocampus, with a chariot wheel between the wings and a faintly visible letter “A”. The other side has a bearded bust. If it's Greek, then the bust could be Poseidon but not sure. An armor covering the neck is visible. Thank you!

I don’t know what the coin is but looks Greek

Hi, look to Carthage or Sicily ( Siculo-punic)
