Add ruling authorities to issuer Agramunt (from Spain) [solved]

Issuer: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/agramunt_notgeld-1.html

These ruling authorities are using during the Reapers' War (see request https://en.numista.com/forum/topic166930.html) with siege coins. Some coins were issued in the name of Count Philip III of Aragon, others in the name of the King Louis XIII of France, and the rest in the name of the Principality of Catalonia.
