How to get the new version of the site [solved]

After reading some of the comments, it seems that I have an older version of the site that doesn't allow me to enter values.  This is the version that I have

And apparently this is the version that allows you to add purchase prices

Ahh!!! Thank you, I had it set to the legacy layout in the settings.  All sorted now
