No matter how much I put data into the catalog, I can't find this item anywhere, and I tried putting same info into the tokens and medals section but still nothing…

Similar to this transportation token.  Are you sure of the diameter?

Oops, meant 18.5mm, but yes, looks like this transportation token indeed.
