Hey,
as 5 parcels of mine did not arrive and went missing or were being damaged while shipping with DHL, I wanted to ask whether you guys have similar experiences in the past time? I´m really annoyed and even the compensation process is really bad.
And now I´ve noticed that on their website they state: “DHL generally excludes cash, coins, precious metals, securities, and similar items from its liability.”
