I have found on the page https://en.numista.com/catalogue/contributions/modifier.php?id=209130 a Designer for obverse and revers with name ‘Rafael Asuncion’. 

But I can't find him on Catalogue's page of all designers and I can't find him on edit page for this item when trying to pick him again.
