Any idea what this coin is? It was found in an uncleaned lot from France. 13 mm

Don't know how to put both the obverse and reverse in but the reverse looks like a gloria excertivs. Portrait looks odd. Barbarous Imitation?

Its just the left facing portrait and odd looking legend that throws me off. I cant tell what the legend is.

I looked closer at the remains of the legend and it appears to say “…SMOXATIVS…” on the obverse. Probably reading it wrong though
