A coin with a crowned human head on a lion's body occurs in Ethiopian and maybe Iranian coinage, but I didn't see a match on a quick search. The possible wings on the animal might indicate Pegasus? Posting the diameter and weight with ID requests is always helpful.

Unfortunately, I don't know the weight, but the diameter is 28 millimeters high and 30 millimeters wide.
It might be Pegasus.
Could this coin be Persian?

Do you have one of these at the numismatist? The head seems smaller to me, is that just my perception? What is the price?
