I just read the missprint of these banknotes under the 1961 law after the law of 1986 existed. It says they were printed from 1997 to 2003, but on the variations it says until 2013.
Also, there was another law on 2001, the banknotes should have been printed under that law from 2001-2003 or 2013, right?
