Hello,

 

I recently received a N#216115 in the mail. The prefix for it on Numista is D/00, and this seems to be common with listings across various sites. The prefix on my note, however, is D/99. I was wondering what this means for the value of my note, as I suspect this is a replacement prefix. The note is pictured below.
