I have an NGC labeled coin that reads 1569KB Hungary Denar

I would like to know what the KB stands for.

Thank you

 It is the initials of where it was made.

Mint : KB Kremnica, Slovakia (1328-date)

Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins

Update: ZacUK was faster 🙂.

It's the abbreviation of the mint, Körmöcbánya (todays Kremnica). The Numista page of the coin mentions it in the comments: N#22141

 It had other initials over many years, and the K-B is

 Hungarian = Körmöcz-Bánya

or German = Kremnitz-Bergstadt
