Regarding this issue :P-80o-p: R. N. Malhotra (with new RBI Seal)

I was checking about the new RBI seal.
Couldn't find anything regarding this. What is the difference it has from the previous seals
Can anyone put a picture of that?

Is it the  5 Rs note with Inset A

There is a slight change in the seal but the major difference is the addition of text under the Ashoka column and change of color of its background. This should make a new type, but the Pick catalog (and by extension the Numista catalog) is inconsistent in how it handles this change across denominations.

P-80 should actually be split into 3 types, as the final issue has 15 lines in the language column, instead of the 13 seen on the earlier issues.
