Hello,

 

The RSFSR issuer currently does not have a flag. I believe that it makes the most sense to use the flag that was official during the period in which the RSFSR issued banknotes. I therefore request that the following flag file be used for the RSFSR.

This file is open source, from Wikimedia Commons.
