Hello,

 

The Russian Republic issuer does not currently have a flag. The official flag for the Russian Republic is as follows. I request that this file be added as the flag for the Russian Republic in the Numista catalog.

The flag of the Russian Republic is the same as the current one of the Russian Federation, including dimensions. Flag code of the Russian Fed. does not specify any specific shade of blue nor red.
