Hello,
The Soviet Union issuer does not currently have any dates established. The date range for this issuer is 30.12.1922-26.12.1991, beginning with the Treaty on the Creation of the USSR and its formal dissolution with Declaration No. 142-N of the SSUSSR. I request that this date range be added to the USSR issuer.
