Strange UV activity on old banknotes

Good day! I need help understanding unusual UV features on old banknotes where they shouldn’t appear.  I would greatly appreciate any insights or explanations from anyone experienced in this.
1.  N#214276 Have lines over all banknote. Can it be consequences of unsuccessful restoration?

2. N#276449 Have some strange UV on place of watermark(up right), but not in form of watermark

3. N#204707 The overstamp is glowing. Does anyone know how it supposed to be?

4. N#203978 Is that yellow spot a fungus(left, in place of watermak)? I’ve just read about scary fungus, but have never seen one in person.

The presence of bodily fluids maybe? 🩸🤧🤤

Definitely some organic contamination on the highpoints of the creases.

I think the photos would be better done out of the plastic sleeves because the plastic diffuses the UV light.

What would be good is:

1. You take the photo with the camera parallel to the note and the UV light angled

2. The light needs to be better filtered, at 365nm. The cheap lights have a lot of extra visible light which is no good

Interesting article about UV on banknotes. Thanks everybody for the answers.  Now I can understand 1 and 4, but still question about 2,3. 

All of those are contaminants of some sort. Sweat, water with soap in it, that sort of thing.

The earliest note I know about that has deliberate UV security features is from 1959.

Regarding number 3 - the stamp fluorescing under UV - it may be simply that the ink of the stamp just happens to fluoresce under UV. As such unintentional.

Could you post an image under normal light for comparison.
