Looks real but remember a lot of these tokens were forged back in the time they were in circulation to cash in on the Sultans coinage recall, some have crude engraving by local jewelers as does this one which is very crude indeed and almost certainly a contemporary forgery. Original forgeries of these are still very collectible however.
Who is the referee? Not at all surprisingly, the Numista listing has multiple errors seemingly passed by a referee who is not familiar with lndian coins, this type is mintless so why does it say Daulatabad mint ?, it's reference to Rajgor# 411 doesn't exist as the number D411 actually belongs to Goron & Goenka (D0411 on zeno) https://www.zeno.ru/search.php?searchid=419100
Date is 734 is also wrong, the whole token series only has dates 730-732, this type is dated 730 and clearly visible on the coin
