This coin in reported in Numista as non-circulating. Can anyone confirm if this is true? Was it in circulation or not?

From the comment on the coin page, both are correct. Meant as non-circulating but did circulate. I don't know if it's true or not.

They were only released in sets so they are non-circulating type coins (doesn't mean that you can't find them in your change just means they should not be there).
