I recently took a break in entering all the dates for the "new" Acquisition date feature. And i could swear it was dd/mm/yyyy before.
And now i wonder if there is a way to set it back in my personal settings? (Similar to how you can change between the decimal period and comma or metric and imperial already) I might be blind but i havent seen it, and If there isn't i'd like for that to be added.

Cause for me as a European this is super weird now…

I tested this bug.

Changing my favourite language in the settings page, and the interfaz language, the date field is always in Spanish.

Favourite = French; interface = English; date field = Spanish
Wanted & swap list (euro coins & world coins, exonumia and banknotes circulated) https://goo.gl/AQjfKp - I have euro & world CC coins for swap.

It is supposed to be set by your browser settings. But for a long time it was MM/DD/YYYY for me then after quite a while it was how it should be for my settings TT/MM/JJJJ (it still is for me when using Firefox or Edge).

Hello,

We are using the native date picker, we have no control over the format.

According to the documentation, “the displayed date is formatted based on the locale of the user's browser”.

I understand that the format “mm/dd/yyyy” looks weird for a European. You may want to check the settings of your OS and/or your browser.

I made a test with Windows/Chrome. I could change the format in the Windows settings for date format.

Oh thank you.
Now that you mention it i did recently switch my browser from German to English (US) cause i don't really use German anymore in my day to day, so yeah that was likely it. Sorry for not catching that myself and thanks for replying here <3
