Hi, on your coin, what I've circled in red is "the headdress of Isis!" I can't see anything about the obverse in the photo! I'm thinking Phrygia Laodicea ad Lycum, in the Roman province. I'll give you this website with "headdress of Isis" in the search bar, if you're up for searching, unless I already know what the obverse is.

I found it, it's not Phrygia, but the Ptolemaic Empire, with the headdress of Isis. The second photo needs to be rotated and the face appears.

This is the coin from the link I posted! You have to rotate the photo to see the face on the obverse, and the reverse it's the headdress of Isis, from the Ptolemaic Empire
