The obverse/reverse of the coin is flipped 180 degrees. Please help me determine its value.

That's called coin alignment ↑↓. It's the normal way for this coin.

If you're not a coin collector you don't know that. Flipping the coin vertically or horizontally gives the opposite result so theoretically Leandro72 is right.

Na verdade estou afirmando que nossa amiga girou errado a moeda mas na verdade não sei, seria mais indicado perguntar a ela como ela girou a moeda, porque se ela girou a moeda de lado a moeda fica como está na foto. E está errado Pra ver se é reverso inverso.

That why I included the definitions which explains how to flip it. I didn't assume they already knew that.
