Unknown Islamic States 22

Hello all, 

I have a coin that I believe to be from the Islamic states, maybe Umayyad caliphate but I am not sure. 

Here are the specs:

• 1.48g in weight
• between 14 to 15mm in diameter
• around 1mm in thickness
• bronze composition 
• A partial number of “٩٨” found on one side
• There appears to be a pole much like the reverse side on this coin: N#74321
