Category Behavior on My Collection

Hello,  is this intentional for the My Collection section?  Aren't all the tokens here Tokens?

If I select Tokens, I see items there that are also in other categories.  Such as Car Wash Tokens.  Example: N#309561 is in both Car Wash and Token.

At first I thought this was just logical, (ie all Beagles are Dogs, but not all Dogs are Beagles), but if that's the case, why are only 25 shown?

These are items in the super category (Coins, Tokens, Medals, Banknotes, Paper exonumia). If you don’t select a sub-category (which unfortunately is possible) items will end up there and you can't even search for them specifically. 

When you click on the word token do you get a list with just those items? If yes please put them in there right sub-categories.

I guess I'm confused on where the number 25 is coming from.  Selecting it, shows 689 items, not 25.

As Idolenz explained, these are items in the top level Token type.  You cannot search to find them as you cannot select that level alone.  

To prove it to yourself unselect everything then try to just select “Tokens.”

You'll find you're just back to the top picture (all tokens - for you all 689).

What you can do is export your collection with Type selected then find the 25 that have the top level Token type. Submit a CR to put them in the right type.

There have been posts about it and the issues it causes. I actually went through each major category and determined the number of objects like that. I'll try to find it.

# of items in each: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic167466.html#p1285252  You'll notice that Tokens are by far the largest of top level items no doubt due to the early Numista structure where everything that wasn't a coin or banknote was a token.

Ah, very well explained.  Thank you both.  I do see 25 when exported and filtered.  Very much appreciated.
