While adding signatures to Oman, I see the name of the signature of Haitham bin Tarik Al Said, Sultan of Oman (2020) should probably be changed to the Chariman of the boards of directors, Taimur bin Asa'ad.

See:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taimur_bin_Asa%27ad

I'm not Arabic speaker nor know the language. But the name of Taimur match better with the signature than the one of the Sultan.

So keep the signature picture and then change the name to

Taimur bin Asa'ad, Chariman of the boards of directors (2020-date)

Wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taimur_bin_Asa%27ad

Data: Q16120011

Could someone with arabic knowledg take a look at it maybe? I think the original source, Moneypedia, was wrong about the signature..?

Hello!

It's quite likely you're right. For example, the title of the signature on TBB#238 states: "Chairman of the Board (of Governors)".

Since Taimur bin Asa'ad assumed this position in 2020, the signature is very likely his, and not the Sultan's. I will adjust this signature, but we can review it if there is any documentation that says otherwise.

Thank you!
