Egypt 10 pounds date & replacement note confirmations

Hello everyone…belated happy new year to all.

to start with, i have an egypt 10 pounds bill. If i  translated it right, his date is 2013/10/3 & with a prefix 200 which i think belongs to a replacement note.

i tried to fill this to the numista records for my profile but i couldnt exactly put it in. numista records for 2013 has MARCH & JUNE. No OCTOBER & much more no prefix 200 records also.

thats why i intend to ahow to you my bill specimen hopefully to gather information and rather request to add this variety if ever my understanding is right.

Oh no my good Sir, im so sorry. To my excitement i really didnt noticed that the two big circles after 3 reads 5 .i thougtht it was two zeros. And also thought that it was a # 200..

please forgive my mistakes .just got excited.

It's an easy mistake to make. I've been doing this for over a decade and I still mistake ٥ for a 0 sometimes.
