There were notable surges in memberships from Anguilla, Germany, North Macedonia, Paraguay, Sweden, and Tristan da Cunha.
American Samoa, Aruba, Ascension Island, Barbados, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Congo, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Jersey, Kosovo, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Madagascar, Malta, Martinique, Mongolia, New Caledonia, Senegal, Trinidad & Tobago and Western Sahara each gained one new member.

Of the top 30 nations, Germany grew the fastest in December (3.2% increase), while Italy grew the slowest (0.7%). The USA and France both grew by 1.2%.
