What does the other side look like?  Weight and diameter might be helpful too.

Спасибо. Она и правда выглядит очень красиво к сожалению я не знаю сколь она точно весит. вот я не могу найти перевод так как не знаю даже языка с помощью которого бала сделана гравировка но она подлинна это точно на 100 процентов.

Searching around with the new information.  It's looking more and more like the script is Thuluth

I'm pretty sure I see a date of 1309 AH at 7'oclock, which is roughly 1891 AD.

I might be seeing 1358 there. would be 1939 or so.

I debated about 1359 AH, but it would be strange.  By 1924 it would have been an entity within the former Soviet Union, which would makes this really strange.
