Unknown Roman (Provincial) #4

Hello all,

I have a coin from one of the Roman Provinces but I don't know where it is from. The lettering looks to be legible so I think it should be an easy ID.

Here are the specs:

  • Bronze in composition
  • Around 13 to 14mm in diamter
  • Image of an emperor on one side and I think a Tyche on the other side

Hope to hear what this is!

The first picture looks like Tyche

Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins

The legends on both sides start at the top. On the reverse, I can make out AVR METROPOLI AN. So the coin is likely to be RPC V.3 85591 minted in Edessa, or a very similar type from Carrhae. In either case, Caracalla is on the obverse.
