During a recent sort out I come across this coin gifted to me as a child, I don’t have a clue about this sort of thing so was wondering a value as when searched on google the value’s seem to vary ridiculously. Thanks Everyone 
 

They did three variations

One in gold, one in silver and one in the standard copper nickel

So yours is either this one 5 Pounds - Elizabeth II (4th portrait; Queen Mother) - United Kingdom – Numista or this one 5 Pounds - Elizabeth II (Queen Mother; Silver Proof) - United Kingdom – Numista looking at your photo's I think its the first one not the silver proof.
