19mm longest measurement 

16.5mm widest measurement 

10.5mm at base

It looks cast (especially in the second image). Maybe a modern trinket.

Thanks for the suggestion but I believe it’s definitely struck, the section that has been hammered in the mint is thinner and wider as a result of the impact.

Great suggestion! The pattern on one side looks very close but the other side is different so I don’t think it’s this coin. Thank you for excellent research nevertheless!

maybe not much simmilar
