I think I've misidentified this coin as Spanish Neth.  The “Z” leads me to think this is a Baltic-Polish region coin.

Philippus Dei Gratia Hispaniarum et Rex Dominus Transissulaniae

 

It is Dutch aka Spanish Netherlands, aka province of Overijssel.

And metal is copper.

 

Most prominent Habsburg feature still on the bust.

 

Duit or Oord depending on weight.

 

Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth started using slogans on coins hundred years later with one older exception.

Wonderful.  This is so gratifying.
