Help to identify the coin of Afghanistan

Hello! Please help to identify the coin of Afganistan. Failed to find in any catalogue. 

Size 34 mm

Weight - unknown(no possibility to measure)

Made of - silver 

Would be grateful for any information

I see a date of 1298  at the bottom of the first photo. This may be a Solar Hijra date, a rupee made during the reign of Amanullah (AD 1919-1929) or perhaps an imitation of one?

Hope its  not fake , a seller was assuring that the coin is real, but by this date there is no any similar coin in all catalogues I saw🤔

Can you not take it out of the flip and weigh it?  It would go a long way in helping identify it.

The weight is 13gr. Thickness - 1.8 mm

Bought from a serious seller, he told it could be some regional mint
