I need help identifying this marcus aurelius coin and also to determine its authenticity.

Seems about right, but is the weight difference normal?

Looks kind of suspicious to me, especially the little brown spot. Is the diameter correct? If it is then probably a modern forgery.

21mm, around 2mm off from the one on numista

In my opinion it seems like the coin is real, quality varies in these provincial coins more than the imperial ones.
